Biographical:
Don Gleason, Sr. received his
undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Mississippi (BA 1964;
JD 1971). He served as a Special Agent, United States Secret Service for
over 4 years and then practiced law for 25 years, both as a solo
practitioner and member of a small firm,
handling both civil and criminal cases; served as an Assistant District
Attorney; a Municipal Court Judge; a County Prosecuting Attorney, and an
Assistant Public Defender. In 1996 he began his business of doing legal
research and litigation support for attorneys only, and has continued that
business since 1996. He has tried over 200 cases to jury conclusion, and
has handled thousands more including prosecution, criminal defense or
civil cases. Active member of The
Mississippi Bar Association.
